Refund Policy

At Kooker, we have full confidence in our varied range of services. We leave no stone unturned in providing our clients with reliable, healthy and exceptional service guarantee every time we serve you.

You get all your money back if you are not satisfied with services or choose to upgrade the same, subject to the following conditions:

 

1. If a subscriber is not happy with the service, s/he can request for cancellation of their meal plan by getting in touch with us via our contact form available at our website or via our customer care number, before availing their 4th meal.

2. If cancellation is caused due to plan change, we will refund the amount on a pro-rata basis.

3. If any tax component was levied by regulatory bodies on top of our fees, the same would not be refunded.

4. No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section or if a delay / non-delivery of service happens at the customer’s discretion.
